People who talk about “The Existential Threat” are often referencing their perceived “Threat to Democracy” or the “12 years we have left” to save the world from Climate Change.  We will discuss all of that on our web site, but we will focus much of our writings on what we think is the real threat – an over-leveraged economy that is burdened by a huge and growing debt, one which is increasing likely to lead to runaway inflation or to a debilitating deflation. We will try to be thoughtful, balanced and fair; and hopefully, we will offer some keen insights to our readers. ​
